And here it is the first of our BTS series short clip of upcoming CHERNOBYL. MAY 6 is coming.
CHERNOBYL! Save the date, May 6 on HBO! Last summer I had a chance to work on the biggest TV series ever filmed in Lithuania. I worked on some episodes as one of the camera operators and was in charge of the BTS movie. Written by Craig Mazin, directed by Johan Renck, cinematography by Jakob Ihre. It was so much fun!
Some moments at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. I got a chance to see all this year 5 academy award nominated directors at one place! Alfonso Cuarón (Roma), Yorgos Lanthimos (The Favourite), Spike Lee (BlacKkKlansman), Adam McKay (Vice), and Pawel Pawlikowski (Cold War)!
 I am very happy to announce that our Vostok N 20 will have it’s American premiere in the 16th Big Sky Documentary film festival in Montana.
Directed by a good friend of mine Elisabeth Silveiro, music created by talented Evgueni Galperine (best European composer 2017 in EFA for Loveless), poems of Marina Tsvetaeva are read by legendary french actress Fanny Ardant, produced by Claire Chassagne, sound recording by Галина Дудякова and colour post production by MADSTONE. Long story short: Elisabeth has found me after watching my successfully travelling short film WINTER at one of the film festivals and has invited to join on another journey by train, but this time Moscow - Beijing and gather some material for her new film. And that’s what we did. However, due to financial issues, we never had a chance to come back, so we used that material to make Vostok N20.
